Instructions
Begin by grinding your pistachios into a fine powder. You can use a food processor or a high-speed blender.
In a bowl, whisk together your dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and ground pistachios.
In a separate bowl, whisk together your wet ingredients: milk, eggs, and melted butter.
