Description

This creamy and flavorful Seafood Lasagna with Shrimp & Crab is layered with rich Alfredo sauce, tender noodles, fresh seafood, and melted cheeses. It’s the ultimate comfort food perfect for holidays, dinner parties, or any seafood lover’s dream meal.

Seafood Layer:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 8 oz lump crab meat

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Alfredo Sauce:

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt to taste

Other Layers:

  • 9 lasagna noodles (boiled or no-boil)

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan (for topping)

  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Cook the Shrimp & Crab
    In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté shrimp with garlic powder, salt, and pepper for 3–4 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside. Gently warm the crab meat just until heated through.

  • Make the Alfredo Sauce
    In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.

  • Boil the Noodles
    If using regular noodles, cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside with a light drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking.

  • Assemble the Lasagna
    In a 9×13″ baking dish, spread a layer of Alfredo sauce. Add noodles, seafood, cheese, and more sauce. Repeat layers, ending with sauce and mozzarella on top.

  • Bake
    Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbling.

  • Garnish & Serve
    Sprinkle with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • You can prep all ingredients a day in advance and store them separately in the fridge.

  • Add spinach or sautéed mushrooms between layers for extra flavor.
