Description

Keto Cottage Cheese Egg Pizza Crust is a low-carb, high-protein twist on classic pizza! Made with just cottage cheese and eggs, it’s soft, chewy, and perfect for your favorite keto toppings — a delicious option the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat for the best texture)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • Olive oil (for greasing the pan)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper and lightly grease it with olive oil.

  • Mix the Wet Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and cottage cheese until smooth and well combined.

  • Add the Dry Ingredients:
Add the mozzarella cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the wet mixture. Stir everything together until you have a uniform dough.

  • Shape the Crust:
Pour the dough mixture onto the prepared baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread it out into a round or rectangular shape, depending on your preference. The dough will be a little thinner than traditional pizza crust, but it will firm up nicely once baked.

  • Bake the Crust:
Place the pizza crust in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is firm to the touch.

  • Add Toppings:
Remove the crust from the oven and add your favorite low-carb pizza toppings. I love using tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, spinach, bell peppers, or mushrooms. For extra protein, add cooked chicken or bacon!

  • Final Bake:
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Serve and Enjoy:
Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy your delicious, low-carb pizza with a crispy Keto Cottage Cheese Egg Pizza Crust!

Notes

  • Texture Tip: The texture of this crust is a bit different from traditional pizza dough, but it holds up beautifully under toppings and has a soft, almost cheesy center.
