Description

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

  • ¾ cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)

  • Whipped cream, for topping (optional)

  • Lemon slices, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

  • Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until fully combined.

  • Stir in the thawed lemonade concentrate and optional lemon zest. Mix until creamy and well-blended.

  • Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.

 

  • Before serving, top with whipped cream and lemon slices if desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try adding ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
