Ingredients
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
¾ cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
Lemon slices, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until fully combined.
Stir in the thawed lemonade concentrate and optional lemon zest. Mix until creamy and well-blended.
Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Before serving, top with whipped cream and lemon slices if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
